Can I exchange my order?

Where can I find product sizing information?

Product sizing varies between different brands and styles. Product size information can be found toward the bottom of each product detail page. Unless otherwise specified sizing is in inches and is taken with the item lying flat.

 

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

We're sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect or faulty item! Please send us an email at sajeamorstyles@gmail.com with your order number, the name/product code of the item you were supposed to receive and any further details.

 

Will you be getting more stock?

Our popular items can sell out pretty quickly, however if you email us concerning that item, we may be able to restock. In the meantime, why not browse through our items currently in stock!

 Where are your products shipped from?

We ship from our warehouse in Orlando, Florida. We provide some of the fastest, most affordable delivery options in the industry.

 

How long will it take me to get my order?

For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 3-5 business days after 1-2 days of processing. For express shipping, you should receive your order within 1-2 days, after 1-3 days of processing.

 

How can I check the status of my order?

We know you can't wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order ships via email. You can also see the current status of your order with "Track My Order."

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel orders. In some cases, you can email me at sajeamorstyles@gmail.com within an hour of placing your order, and I may be able to accommodate your order needs!

How do I use a promotion code?

  • Enter your promotional code into the “Coupon Code” box at checkout.
  • Hit “Use”
  • If your code is applicable, it will automatically be applied to your cart and display your savings.
  • Only one promotional code can be used per order.
  • Promotional codes may be switched off on site during busy certain periods but we will always let you know if they are turned off.
